I went to his CL ad and the only contact info he allows is by phone. So I texted him (hoping it was a cell phone, but doubt it) asking for an e-mail address, but no response yet. He also has this listed on E-Bay, so I sent him a message asking for an e-mail address, but no response yet. He also hasn't responded on here yet either....

Blue and White--I like EFI on classics also for the same reasons you do. I'm happy with my FAST EZ EFI so far. Still fine tuning though....

I also have the same concerns as you do with stock vs modified engine. He claims to get double the mileage, and IMO I don't believe it. That was the basis and main point of my original post....

Compared to an self-learning aftermarket system, this is tons more work than necessary. OK if you're a glutton for punishment. Just know that there are other options that may make more sense.

And if the re-mapped ECU goes bad, there's no support, no tech line, and it's not like ya can pull an ECU from a donor vehicle.
Very good point....Does anyone other than myself have a "red flag" regarding him claiming he gets DOUBLE THE GAS MILEAGE??? Personally, I think he's claiming this just to sell his product, but I'm betting you're not going to get DOUBLE the mileage, especially not on a modified engine.

It would be nice if someone out there who has purchased and installed this setup would tell us what their first hand experience and gas mileage results were. Is there anyone out there who has this system? Did you get double the mileage????

About 6-8 months ago that kit price was 1700.... I think you can do that yourself and save about 14-1500!

Check out the 385 series in the engine forum section, there should be someone doing efi in there Scrpmny. Be nice to be able to do port injection with a 4 bbl style manifold.
