On the Ford web site they list every dealership local to me, but when I call them, they say they do not have or sell anything over an F350.

What gives?

The GM dealership has those larger trucks parked 3 deep across the street!

I am in the Joliet IL area.

 

go to your local dealer and speak with the fleet sales person. Forget about the guys on the floor.

 

In Dallas there's a dedicated commercial sales dealership in the part of town where lot of the OTR brands have shops, I thing they sell Ford, Ram, and maybe even Sterling. Try looking for a place like that if you can't find a Ford dealer with stock, and you can't find a commercial sales desk at your local dealer.
