Riser Bolt Torque Value

Anybody know the torque value for the 8 bolt that hold the riser to the cylinder head?

23 foot pounds.

What is the riser? The oil rail?

I believe he's referring to the rocker box and the 8 bolts that hold down the rocker arms. The ones that are torqued with the head bolts are the same size and same torque value.

Yes, I've always called it a riser but rocker box is probably more correct. I'm referring to the bolts that hold it to the head, not the ones that hold the rocker arms beside the head bolts.
