problem
Today I pulled the two relays and the blue switch which are together and all fuses. Its funny I played with hazards on off on off for a bit and then it went back to normal. Went inside and came out about hour later and the problem was back. Two days ago the head light switch fuse went so I changed and now that is working fine I am no mechanic so if anyone has info for me to check please be simple lol
The blue switch I changed with new and still nothing or are you talking about multifunction switch

It could be several: This is the order I've seen most often...
1. The Clock Spring Wiring Harness has a short.
2. Multifunction Switch is defective.
3. Ignition Switch is defective - often the contacts are worn or corroded.
4. The Clock spring is defective.
****** Remember, you will be working with a SRS!
****** Disconnect the (-) Cable and wait a minimum of one minute prior to attempting to remove the SRS.
****** I also like to remove the (-) Cable, place a towel under the Cable end and jump a wire from it to the (-) for 10 minutes to ensure the drain all the capacitors.
