Truck can't start. Help

My 94 idi will not start. It won't even crank. Batteries and starter are good. I get flashing marker lights and interior lights and cab lights. If I started with the screwdriver on the starter solenoid it starts up fine. I also get clicking from the trailer marker lamp relay. On the fuse box under the hood I had two blown fuses. The trailer battery charge relay and trailer electronic brake control unit. Replaced both and still no luck. Please help. Thanks

Are you getting power to the small terminal of the solenoid when you try to start ? Is the truck an auto or manual transmission ?

How can I check ? Not sure what exactly your talking about sorry. And yes all fuses are good except the two I said I replaced. That fixed the problem I was having before which was a circuit breaker on the truck kept tripping. But now it's having this relay clicking and the damn thing won't start. This new problem started as soon as I hooked the batteries back up after putting the 2 new fuses in btw

Problem started directly After hooking the battery back up? Double check your connections . You may just have a corroded cable end or terminal . You need a test light to see if you are getting power to the solenoid , to turn it on , from the switch . Turn switch to start , small wire gets power . Solenoid closes and sends power to starter .

On the passenger side fender is the starter relay. There are three terminals on it, two large on opposite sides, one small in between.

When the ignition is turned to the 'start' position this energizes the small terminal which activates the relay and allows battery current to the solenoid/starter.

If you do not have hot at this small terminal when the key is in the start position then the ignition switch, the neutral safety switch, or the wiring is bad. I can't recall if there is a fuseable link in this system or not.
