Anyone have a 48-52 Steering wheel they want to part with?

There may be a free one to be had.

If you are trolling ePray, don't even consider anything from Gearhead out of Iowa. These guys have earned a poor reputation. I did notice a couple of other listings to consider.

Thanks...I'm hoping someone here will have a beater that I can restore...I'm going to have to cut mine off the shaft. I've tried everything, pullers, hammers, heat, penetrating oil it won't budge.

I bought a reproduction 40 Ford steering wheel from Gearhead a couple weeks ago and had no issues at all. Shipped immediately and had it on my door step days after purchase was made on E Bay.

1948 Steering wheel!

I just pulled a steering wheel off my 48 I'm building for my daughter. It has all the normal cracking.hahah and no center cap. I don't know what shipping to you would be but I'm open to any offer! I can send you a pic tomorrow if you want to pm me. Good luck Steve

Not saying they still don't but, my experience was fine. I was rather reluctant to purchase from them after doing a search of this forum. But like I said all went well for me.
