I have a set. I'm happy to sell it to you but I don't know what it's worth.

In my experience it's physically impossible to install this stainless trim. Spent an hour struggling with it one Saturday with my very capable neighbor.

That's why I now have a non-custom-cab windshield seal.

I'm pretty sure you have to install the trim onto the rubber seal prior to installing the windshield. Someone here will hopefully clarify that.

Yes, you are correct. The trim goes in the channel in the seal before the seal goes on the windshield, before the windshield goes on the truck.

The glass shop I asked to do it refused the job. I thought "how hard can it be?" and enlisted my neighbor Jim. Based on my experience trying to do it, I firmly believe that a trained gorilla is necessary.

Not really that challenging. Just use the string method and plenty of dish soap. Of course, as previously stated, the trim goes in first, then put the seal the on glass. Next hold it up to the opening and push in on it while a second person pulls the string from the inside! I'm sure there are plenty of know it alls showing you how to do it on youtube!

If anyone's got a single chrome/stainless clip for the windshield trim they'd part with, I'm looking for one!
