Sure seems like a lower axle would help that drag truck.

Dale Fairfax is starting off with a positive reputation.
That rear motor appears to be a 337. Note the rear mounted distributor.

How do you post links to you tube videos? Charlie McCraney posted videos of the 2013 y block shootout. 2013 Sunday 8 is me in the quarter finals. 2013 Sunday 12 is me in the semifinals and 2013 Sunday 3 is me in the finals. Dennis

I just brought the video up in a new window and right clicked in the video, clicked copy video URL. Click the link tab at the top of the reply box, little globe with a couple links below. Delete the HTTP that is already in the box that pops up. Right click in box and then click paste, click OK. The video URL should now be in your post. Like this.

WOW! Mike.

That just brought back some childhood memories for me.

My dad had an "Orreo" when I was a kid. I recognized the two-tone paint, steering wheel and dash (if not the speed).

I'm gonna subscribe to this so I can watch it over and over.

Thanks!

That ol' 56 runs pretty good, very comfortable on longer trips. When I rebuilt the engine I did boost power a little, 275HP or so. Sounds better now as I added a H pipe to it last year, took some of the bark out of it but not the sound. Wife and I always have a dilemma, do we take the 56 or the F-1, sometimes we just take both.

You know how Bobby can go so fast don't you? It's those speed strips on the door.
