Bolt sizes for transfer case side driveshaft flange and carrier bearing

Hi everyone. I need to know what size wrenches I need to take off the front half of my rear driveshaft on my 2000. My wife called saying there was a horrible vibration, and then sent a picture of the carrier bearing cage almost ripped in half around the rubber isolator. I'm 2 hours from the truck, and have the Mustang so I can only grab what's needed. She got a ride from family after parking it in a safe parking lot for me to work on. I have the new bearing and called a place that can press it on, just need to get the shaft off. Thanks in advance for any and all help.
