I also need a stock alternator pulley as the one that came on my 3g alternator is smaller. Bigger pulley/better charge?

That's backwards. A smaller pulley on the alt turns faster. A bigger pulley on the crankshaft will also make it turn faster.

I noticed my belt has been squeeling ever since I put the 3g alternator on with the smaller pulley. Belt feels pretty snug...Figured the bigger pulley would rectify that too...

It will, I used a Taurus 3.8L pulley, mine would destroy a belt fairly quickly.

Yes a bigger pulley gives more surface area for the belt to contact. That may stop the squealing problem. And less slip means more charge, so in a way he was also right.

Well. I'll just 'hail mary' this one in:

I need a tailgate. 1995, white. Though I don't really care about the color, and I'd prefer one that doesn't use that aluminum strip.. But I'll take what I can get. They actually seem to be pretty hard to find around here.

I'm in Napa, CA.

I could use a clean white hood, too...

I could use a radio wiring harness that plugs into the stock radio for a 92 F150. How about window trim both driver side and passenger side lower part of window outside ? Rust free sections for a mid west truck in all the usual places rear quarters, lower front fenders etc .....

I mean if we're puttin together a wish list .....

How about long tube headers small block and larger diameter tubing ?

Bill:

Well perhaps a few inches so that I can make the splices and give myself a little room to work ....

This is a stretch, but I'm tentatively looking for a ttb front axle to do a 4x4 conversion with.
