AEROSTAR FLOOR SHIFTER

a friend of mine gave me an aerostar floor shifter to use on my 51 f1 w/302&aod
what a job it was to make it work, another friend of mine is a body man & he
said that he could make it work & i said that i was just going to order a
lokar shifter, but he wanted a challenge so he had to do a lot of work on the
tunnel cover to make it work ( well he got his challenge alright) after it was finally done (he did a good job & it looked good too) when you put it in park it was in drive so that was screwed up so they had to go in the transmission
& switch something around & then everything was alright-it looks good & works great too & all this just cost me 2 beers-dont ever go through the trouble
buy the lokar shifter

The Lokar shifter requires some modification on the tunnel cover as well. Sounds like you got a bargain deal.
