New Question, from last post

Thought maybe I should post this on a new thread. Hope someone can help me?
See below.

Ok, another question, I hope can lead me on the right path.
My truck came with turn signals, I am guessing the original owner had these installed when he bought the truck, as they look like a clean install. Pic below of what I have now.

Can anyone direct me to a source who might sell these, or at least maybe reproductions of them? I'd like to keep appearance of the truck as stock as possible.

Thanks again in advance, john

The extra lights on the bottom look okay but aren't stock. I rewired my parking lights into turn signals using a double filament bulb and socket. Easy fix. If you want real stock, just put a bulb in the upper socket. Signal lights were an option.

Looks like this is running on two threads, sorry.
If signal lights were a option, I am wondering if this what the option was.
Guess I will try to find a brochure of back then that offered any options for these trucks.

Usually, they mounted some other lights to the top center of the fenders and another tail light (I think) under the original. Since all options were dealer installed, they could have ended up mounted where that dealer thought they should go.

The parking light would have been with double filament. I've never seen auxillary lights like that as a dealer option. The parking light would have been retrofitted and cheaper to turn into a turn signal. For a stock look, those extra lights go.
