Hey Hanklin. If it's the airbag light, a quick search turned this up:
It also has a link to a site off the original youtube page where you can look up codes. but based on comments may be bad. I found this list of codes and your 47 code is the passenger pretensioner.

Good luck,
George

The airbag light means something is wrong with the airbag system. It has NOTHING to do with the transmission. Whoever told you that should stick to what they know. They don't know these vehicles.
I don't know much of anything about the airbag system other than the flashing light means there is a problem.
If there is a transmission problem the OD OFF light will flash.

The Internet has enabled me to do stuff like shorting a connector under the dash of an Acura TL2.5 that I used to own with a paper clip when the ABS light came on, order the left rear wheel sensor from Rock Auto for 30% of the dealer price, and screw the darn thing on in 15 minutes. Same kind of 2-digit number code as yours. Turned it into a $50 job instead of the $400 the dealer would have charged.
Also solved a dead dash gauge issue on my late FIL's Grand Marquis when I was enlisted to sell it--Ford shift lever wiring tends to short out the OD switch at the column and blow a fuse that takes out the dash.
And the best analysis was a control box for the throttle secondary cable on my wife's '98 Sable Duratec. Instead of a $300 control box and dealer labor on top of that, I fixed it with a $3 bicycle brake cable and a soldering iron to build a new actuating cable. (I am a bicyclist and old drag/racer who used to be really good with carb modifications, etc.)
Good luck,
George
