Lisle tool help!!

I am changing my plugs in my 07 fx4 and the first one came out nice. The second one all i got was the nut and threads piece of the plug. I have the lisle tool from oreillys but i cannot use it because the electrode and the upper ceramic piece are still attached to the sleeve. I put the threaded part back on for now but i dont know how to go about either trying to break it flush with the head so i can use my tool or trying to pull it off with pliers out of the sleeve. I have the other two on that side about a quarter of a turn loose and soaking in kroil overnight while i research this. Has this happened to anyone else? How should i get the top part out of the hole? any help is appreciated, thankyou.

I have seen this before but i was trying not to have to buy two special tools. Thanks for posting. I have heard that the top piece will pull out with needle nose but i am scared of messing it up to bad. Right now the way it is i think i can put the threaded piece back on and drive it untill i get this tool but i dont know of anywhere to get it except online. Are there any stores that sell something like this?

Also the e3 replacement plugs i bought have a 5/8 nut instead of a 9/16 so i wouldnt be able to use it but once. Is it normal for replacements to be 5/8? Looks like the same plug otherwise ecept it is a one piece plug thank God.
