digitalforager is starting off with a positive reputation.
protoplasm would be giving them too much credit... He has asked me to be his POA and I said it's not my place. I am not family-just the good neighbor. I'll wait till spring and see if any of these dirtbags can get the crap together to let me actually help.

I see,

Sounds like he's already made you family though.
I'd advise him to update his will.
