Looks like he did the Marinco mod.

My favorite low cost upgrade has to be my cell phone signal booster! I always used to drop calls when I hit a certain part of my commute. Now I NEVER drop calls and it's amazing! This Wilson kit is only about $100 and it's so awesome!

Here's what comes with it:

If you want even more signal, go with the larger antenna ($20 more):

Here's what the mount looks like with a phone in it:

Does the phone have to be on the mount for it to work?

yes for best results,
I leave mine in the cradle and use a blue-tooth or plug in handset. My antenna is on the roof centered just above the windshield. On a Canadian fishing trip the guys with i phones never lost their connection, just by being in the cab. I had it with me and 20 miles from oak island on lake of the woods, we were able to make voice calls from the island for the 1st time

WetherTech pet barrier. Because two hyper 75lbs boxers on your lap make driving difficult.

I mounted the antenna on the driver's side fender(hood) with this non-magnetic mount:

Here's where I mounted the base on my F550 dash unit:

I will try and get the pic of the antenna on the outside of my truck tomorrow if no rain...

So, I just ordered the tubing to do the door mod on my Ex, and this company not only had decent pricing, but they sent me a shipping conformation less than an hour after I placed my order. I was honestly shocked at how quick they processed everything!

By this time next week, all of my doors and the back hatch should be done!

And here it is a little closer up:

This is the interior mount, screwed and permanently mounted:

Enjoy...these Wilson Boosters are amazing!

krazee mat puddle lights

I have been wondering if you ever actually did the install of the puddle lights. I would like to see the finished product such as where you mounted them and where they end up shining. Sorry if I have nothing to add to this informative thread but I didn't see a pm option.

To send a PM just click on a persone screen name and a small dropdown will.... drop down and one of the options is private message. However I would also like to see some puddle lights in action as well so post them up guys!
