Rigid 6" Bar mounting

Good day folks,

Tried to use my Google skills to answer my questions but unfortunately i ran into the "Too much information overload".

For Christmas My wife got me 2x 6" SR-Combos (Rigid Industries LED Lighting | Leader in Off road LED light bars, truck LED lights, Marine LEDs, and Industrial LEDs)

My question is..

I want to tie them into my existing fog light circuit so i can control them from the existing switch inside the cab.

Is there a simple Y-adapter available for this application? Do I have to run power from the battery to these lights?

Any prints or wiring diagrams would be helpful as well

Your truck doesn't have the upfitters? You could run a separate relay/wiring harness from your battery & tap into the fogs to turn on the relay/lights. I connected my rigids directly to my fog light wiring & don't have fogs anymore....

Yeah I have the upfitters but i don't wanna use them to control the On/Off of my bars.

Do you have the wiring print for the fog lights cause thats what I would like o do.

No sorry, I don't have a print or anything. I had hid fog lights lights that burnt out, so I cut the harness from there and wired my rigids in that way...

The Rigid's come with a relay. So, you simply substitute a wire tapped into the fog power supply for the switch that comes with them. The relay will prevent you from overloading your fog circuit and pull power direct from your battery.

Out of curiosity, what is the reasoning for not using an upfitter switch?

Here is the fog lamp wiring detail. Should be brown yellow. I'd definitely tie in with the relay that was provided with the rigid lights. just disconnect the switch they supplied and drive the relay from the fog ckt.
