93 E150 5.8 radiator interchange

It appears Econoline radiators are shared between '92 and '96. Are there other radiators that are a direct fit such as from F-series trucks?

The existing radiator has a small hose attached to the far starboard of the lower tank, besides the transmission cooler lines. Where does this small hose go?

The pickups use a different radiator. The hose nipple in question is where the coolant hose from the throttle body connects to. It sources the coolant from the intake, thru the throttle body then down to the radiator's lower tank.
