can anyone tell me how to remove the headlight control **** on a 2012 f250. I need to replace it w/ one that has the fog light option. thank you.

 

Easy...first remove the small black panel that holds the switch. The panel is held in place by two longer tabs from below and a smaller tab from above. Insert a small screwdriver (careful not to scratch the front surface) from above in the middle of the panel, and the panel will pop out. Once the panel is off, the switch is held in place by three small tabs on the perimeter of the switch that can be pushed inwards away from the panel, letting the switch slide out. Remove the plug at back of the switch by pushing in a small tab and pulling it off (do not pull on the wires).

Snap plug onto new switch, insert the switch into the panel, then replace the panel by inserting the two longer tabs on the bottom of the panel into the dash and it will then snap in from above.
