Close out parts.

Hey guys, I just received an email from Rock Auto listing a herd of close out parts for our trucks. Tons of brake parts, belts, hoses, engine parts, etc. Spark plugs $.61.

What does Closeout mean, just that the parts are cheap 'cause there wont be any more? And thanks for the link!
