351 with aod in 65 1/2 ton

351 with aod in 65 1/2 ton
Hi guys:
My 65 F100 has a 289 with a tired c4 in it at present.
I have a chance to pick up a Ford performance 351 crate motor with a rebuilt 1984 aod transmission. Space wise there will be no problem fitting the 351 in but I'm totally unfamiliar with the aod. Will it fit without cutting into the driveshaft tunnel? Will I run into shifter position or driveshaft issues? Any other problems that I might run into? Thanks for your advice. Lefty Rodan
