1993 460 water pump bolts?

1993 460 water pump bolts?
Alright, so I have 11 bolts I took out of my water pump that I'm replacing and need some assistance putting them back.
What I have:
6 long washer head bolts; 1/2 inch head
2 medium length regular head bolts; 1/2 head
3 short washer head bolts(on slightly longer than the other two); I forgot what size the head was but it was something small like a 10.
So, it's pretty obvious where the 6 long ones go. I'm confused about the shorter ones and the ones without washers. My guess is that someone lost 2 washer heads and just replaced them with that, but anyway, what do I do?
