Driving down the road all of a sudden the music cut out. I can't switch stations or turn volume up. Heat and all other controls work it says the radio station I was last listening to any suggestions

 

Try a reboot. cut the power at the fuse.

 

Mine was doing the same thing, and also ejecting cd's. My radio is getting replaced under warranty. If you have extended warranty have the dealer replace it.

 

My 6 disc changer is constantly telling me my cd's are bad, even when I put in a brand new one, and they are always getting stuck in there. Ive never used burned cd's so nothing has ever come off one to cause a problem. Ford's radio's are just junk.

I've got an extra factory single cd mp3 player out of my 2008 F-250 XLT if anyone needs it. It is programmed with the aux input but no steering wheel controls. Just pay the shipping costs...
