No luck with a dilapidated 1950 F1

I am on the lookout for a pre 1956 F1 or F100. Found one for sale in the south of Sweden. Some pictures showed a worn and rusted truck, but it was in original condition and had a new front and fenders ( in plastic) sitting in the bed.
So I went and looked at it, and it was nothing for me.
Body, bed and chassis/suspension were very badly rusted everywhere.

For a younger person with access to a good parts supply chain, the truck is certainly worthwhile to restore. But not for a purchase price if US$ 10k

For a 68 yo in Sweden that will have to import most every part, no thanks.

The search continues, wish me luck

Ola

Good luck Ola,
You may have better luck finding one in our desert regions with no rust & then importing it to Sweden. We've had members in Australia, Belgium, Spain, The UK, etc. import used trucks.

It seems there is a couple popping up on here most every day.
A day or two ago was one that someone even mentioned your
name for. If I see it again or others I will try and link them to
here for you.
