That engine looks GOOD! I like the color, might have to paint my next FE that color. I painted my current one black with the logic "it'll turn itself black anyways" and it looks pretty good. I can barely tell that it leaks! What did you use on the exhaust manifolds?

I painted the exhaust manifolds with krylon barbeque and stove black. Not sure how long it will hold up. But by then the hood will be on and shut.

 

I also like a lite color on and engine. When looking for a leak along side the road
at night with a flashlight it is so much easier to see everything. Cummings Tan
is a favorite of mine.
