So my dad was using his air compressor to clean out under the dash a couple of weeks ago, where the fuses go and the ignition are at. Lots of dirt and dust flew out but then this fell out too.



Ever since that fell out, the battery was been drained a couple of times. Could that be it? Where does this little piece go?

It's a 1964 Ford F100, long bed, 292.

Pretty sure that's the internal contact out of a windshield wiper switch.
I had one apart several months ago and recall it looking like that.
If I can find the pics, Ill post them when I get home from work.

As far as the battery draining, could that be it or something else? I'll have to follow the wire around to see if anything is making contact to it.
