I paid for my membership on the 5th, thought it would have updated now, but it hasn't.
What gives?
It says I have an active membership, but I don't have any of the features.
I've been a paid member several times before, never had an issue.
Anyone else have this problem?

 

They think they found the crack that has allowed this to happen on occasion.

Did you pay for a three year or a one year?

Also, 5th of January, correct?

I have a couple years left on my gold membership but am seeing ads and the prompt for an ad-free FTE. What gives?

I purchased a 3 year membership 8/23/20 but I'm still seeing ad's and the banner to become a member. I'm not in any hurry just don't want to fall through the cracks. I already submitted the SWAG form but I'm not concerned if I ever get that.

Just a thought...have you tried logging out then back in to reset your cookies?

well, at least you were not completely forgotten. i sent another message up the pipeline this am about club membership, but i did it on the phone and do not know if it went through or not.
i just got in and am now on the laptop so i will further investigate for you.
