Pay it forward

I have two new packages of Poly-Slide spring liner that was purchased from Mac's. Originally I was going to disassemble my springs and install this stuff. I changed directions and will no longer need it.

One roll is 1 3/4" by 20' and the other is 2" by 20' and they will be free to any FTE member who can use them. An offer to pay shipping would be appreciated. Please PM me if interested and it will be first come first served.

Thanks for looking.

I don't need the liners, but sure have respect for you making the offer. I suspect you've had a few PMs this morning. Stu

Very nice of you to offer this. I belong to a Corvette forum that does this
quite often. This is one of the things that make foums great. Thank You.

Rep to you. Things like this are what make Forums such great places on the net.

I'm on several forums, and the Pay It Forward, or Karma threads in the Sticky's are always a great success.

My turn

I have an aluminum Flathead V8 fuel pump standoff that I'd like someone to have.
Part number 8BA-9416. It's in nice shape.

Since I have a six-banger 226 this should go to someone here who needs it.
It's light and will fit in a small box, so postage should be low. If you don't have money for postage I'll still send it.
PM me.
(I'll update this post if it finds a new home)
Thanks for starting this WNDOPDLR!

Tom

Don't know is anyone has a use for it or not, but I have the original 6V generator off my '49 F1 if anyone would like it. It was working the last time the truck ran (about 2 years ago). It's heavy, so shipping won't be cheap, sorry.

Wow! Did not mean to be an instigator here, but looks like I was. WAYNE S, I too belong to the corvette forum and see this sort of thing done quite often over there.

I have had three responses, with Aud10mahn being the first. I will get back to him and let him know what shipping will be. If that falls through for some reason it will go to the second responder.

I wonder if the generator would fit in the if it fits it ships boxes from the post office? It might save a little on shipping for the person who needs it.

I would be willing to bet that there is someone close to whomsoever needs a 6volt gen. Since the 12 volt conversion seems pretty popular.

Great thread. I have a bunch of parts still packaged in storage for Fords.
I need to go through it all and post it up in the proper forum. Mostly 70's
and 80's stuff.
