Drew...front end is all metal no fiberglass anywhere in my truck. Front end is very heavy and i wanted to make sure the actuators held. I used 2 x 850lb actuators. Overkill probably but i did not want it to have any trouble holding or pushing it. I searched for the best ones i can find and landed on this company. Linear Actuators | Quality DC Actuators by Progressive Automations . Very high quality actuators.

This forum only allows to add pictures if you have them on the web somewhere which i do not so not sure how to get pics to you. If you can put your email here feel free i will send them to you.

Also see this post i found somewhere the guy with a 53 F100 documented in detail you may find it helpful. http://jniolon.classicpickup.com/til...gfulltilt.html.
