This would have involved inviting my family to the GTG, and I'm not sure you want my family to show up anywhere. I bought more beer/wine/liquor for this wedding than I bought all last year. Now I'm no teetotaler, but Good Lord my family can drink. Buy stock in Shiner. We definitely increased their profits for the year.

Officially, the last trip to the airport was made last night. Everyone has gone home. Cleaning and repairing the house has begun. Life is back to normal.

What the heck. We could have rented one of those big white canopy/tents for you. Then when the wedding was done, we could have started pulling trucks under the cover and have the guests help. Oh my, what am I thinking. It would have been interesting, but I do know I have the space.

Congrats tim! Marriage is a blessed sacrament. To maintain the sanctity of marriage, one must not engage snuggy in any form of marriage advice. Lol.

Matt, congrats on ur little one's baptism.

My truck is finally home. Got home yesterday.

Ted,

Not a good plan. My brother was there and the ONLY tool he owns, uses, and understands is a HAMMER.

Bolts are loose? Where is the hammer?
Door won't close right? Use the Hammer.
Light bulb stuck in the socket? Let me just give it a healthy whack with this HAMMER!

No. You don't want him near any work being done on a vehicle.

PffffT. I don't need marriage advice. I have a long LONG list of everything I have ever done wrong or didn't do right from the previous wives.

i know tim. lol. i was just trying to give u a hard time and still be sanctimonious at the same time. kill a couple birds with one stone. apparently, the women are pretty damn good at compiling lists. no wonder they're proficient at excel spreadsheets and tables.

Welcome TeachN, I'm a little late to answer but here goes.

The Tech day thread was or is the latest GTG thread related to this one. You missed out by a couple weeks.

I'm up for another one sometimes and maybee, when life don't get in the way.
I am truly grateful for all the help I have received at these events.
