Well I did it boys! I bought the old powerhouse across the street from my shop..... $25,000 total cost with $5,000 down payment "in kind"(work done on the base). Now I own 3 buildings on the base. More room to put more "stuff"!!!

I thought it was a great deal! It will make a great addition to my holdings and the price is what I wanted to pay so Harley and I are happy with the deal!

It was a good day today! I also sold the drift boat for 800 bucks, and an industrial sewing machine for a thousand bucks! Not a bad day at all...

I wish! No, it's the concrete building across from my shop. The one with a 24" reinforced concrete roof with the 18' ceilings.

Was the USAF considering the possibility of hardening this base against a nuke strike?..........24" reinforced concrete roof?... good lord, how thick are the walls!?

Several buildings were hardened on the base. I've got the blueprints for most of the buildings. The main operations building (the one we call "the bomb shelter") was built to withstand a 1 megaton bomb within a half mile.
The walls on the building I just bought are 12" think and reinforced...

Today is a very good day. My buddy Mikey got out of the hospital last night, I bought another building from the LLC yesterday and sold two rigs!
