Why??????
I can see the ford in the s10, it's narrow and short, with fox oil pan would fit. The chevy motor in the ranger had to be just to prove a point. And I bet it never made it on the road, as a dependable truck or toy

Nope.......It sits and never really gets driven anywhere except on the trails, and then not far because it has a nasty tendency to dent the oil pan.........Besides it's a 305.........not even a pale shadow of a 327/350 and NO competition to a good 302/5.0 Ford.

Morning Don, those were good pictures of the hot rod. Did you come up with a price for it, I do have someone here how was asking. I was telling the guy up the road from me about it and he maybe interested in it. He is just finishing a 40 Hudson and may need a new project .

Morning Allen. I still haven't come up with a price yet. I've had several people ask about parting it out because of the built engine, etc, but would like to sell it as a complete project. I know the power train is worth about 5K (I've got two offers for the engine/trans already...) I'm thinking of putting it on Craigslist here (Eddie had a custom shop here for 50 years and a ton of people knew him...) for $8,000 and see what happens...
