Oregon's 2014 Official BS thread. May you all be full of it!
Morning Jim.
Home Town Buffet is marginal. It won't make you sick (unless you eat way too much) but the food isn't that great. Throw in several families with unruly children and that just about kills it for me.
Heading out to run a few errands and then I'm helping my son finish moving his stuff down to Salem. His car broke down Friday and I'm bringing it back here on a trailer.

Is this the same Son who turned his nose up at a perfectly good F-150?

Yes, that'd be the same one. Got the car on the trailer without too much trouble.
Happy Birthday Roy! He'll you're as old as Don now.

Yeah, a little rough, but I survived..........
Just took a break. I had to go over to my parents house. My dad needed help moving a stripped down Model A engine block. He wasn't comfortable picking it up by himself and maneuvering around the '28 Phaeton. I just picked it up and carried it around to where he wanted it.
It was a busy weekend for me too. Thankfully someone was watching over me yesterday. I slid right off the roof I was working on... Nothing to grab on the way down. Right onto a plastic doghouse. Crashed right through the roof and floor. Tools and nails from my pockets went flying all over. I landed on my feet but got tangled up with the doghouse around my legs and rolled around like a turtle on my back for a few moments while I took stock of my injuries.
The only thing that happened was I got a hematoma on my ring finger (I immediately took my ring off before my finger swelled up) and a 5" long scrape on the back of my right leg.
I get the feeling that I'm using all my chances up and one of these times I'm not going to be so lucky.

Remind me to tell the story of how I slid almost all the way out of my man basket from 60FEET at the next GTG.......................lol

Advanced Math Lesson.........
Not really........Ya got the math wrong.... You forgot the "double divide law"
I know....you forgot that advanced Math stuff....
Don's age + my age = "combined age"
64 +64 = 128
Combined Age divided by factor for "age group"
128 divided by 4 = 32
So this is the "Like Age" number.
Then there is the "wisdom age".........
(Combined Age x (Age group divided by 10)) x Number of people
(128 x .4) x 2 = "Wisdom Age"
51.2 x 2 = 102.4
SOOOOO
Don and I are like we are 32 years old.
and
We each have the wisdom of 102.4 yrs old.
Class dismissed.........
