According to the closest weather station (from WeatherBug) we've received 0.65" so far and it's not going to stop until Monday.

Wife and I just got back from our 30th anniversary "blind date" dinner..........It seems to have worked out.
Raining cats and dogs, the ride home from McKenzie Bridge in the downpour, was white-knuckle.

Rob, mine is rated at 3.5 gpm, will run 3 baths and a kitchen at the same time. burns propane and lights off 110v. My last fill cost $97 for 6 months.
Next time you are come to Prineville; call and come by and take a look.

Good evening Oregon and everyone everywhere else. Hip boots a preferred option.

Did it even rain over there Tiny? I'm sitting at 2.67 and still climbing!

Tankless water heater:

My experience is..........Nat gas unit. rated for 2.5 baths plus .
I can run 2 showers at the sametime......no problems.

From my research. You must buy a unit rated for more than you need or you'll be unhappy. Gas units respond faster than electric. Do not skimp on the size of the gas feed pipe.

I am very happy with mine.
