Sorry...in my tummy! Finally made 36 cookies & gave 10 of them to my neighbor for giving me the butter to make them. What was left didnt even lasr 24 hrs. LOL! I'm hoping to make more this weekend.

Howdy FTE. I hope everyone is having a great weekend.

I am finally starting to get over the sinus mess.
I have not made any progress on the neon because of being ill. Friends wife is starting to get pissy about it. I am almost ready to push it to the curb and tell them to come and get it. I offered to help because I try to help when I can. It's not like I am getting paid to deal with her BS. There are only a couple things I can really do without a scanner anyway. I am not sure why she expects miracles, especially for free.

Greg, good to hear your sinuses are starting to clear up. If she's going to be like that, I would nicely ask them to come get the car. Tell them that you don't want to damage the friendship by this. In reality, you're telling her to get the damn thing fixed yourself, and have fun paying out the nose for it!!

I have no problem telling them like it is. They are not true friends anyway. They really only keep in contact because I help them with their vehicles. I am very astute to the fact that most people only want to use me for their gains. I have the kind of personality that is rather abrasive at times. I tend to keep to myself anyway. I tell it like it is and most people can't handle that. I rarely bother to sugar coat things and tell it like it is. People always know where they stand with me. No smoke and mirrors here.

 

Well the Neon is fixed. Now it is out of my garage, so the wife will be happy. Had some melted wiring which seems to be an issues with those cars from what I read. Sorry for venting earlier.
