I don't get jerky made, I just can't justify it. I just did steaks, chops and ground meat on this one.
Usually by the third deer I will get some summer sausage or hunter sticks with cheese, and of course breakfast sausage. But I saw on there options last week I can do brats also so that will be a must.

Picked up my new truck yesterday.
1994 F-150 4.9L Short box. Runs pretty good. 4x4 seemed to work aswell.

Nice John. My dad still has his '92 4.9l long box he uses for plowing only. I can still remember using it to move my MGB back in college.
