Our builder called me last night on the way home from work and gave me really good news. Looks like we will be able to build within our budget and get exactly what we want!

Hard to really hear it, but it sounds like a rod bearing.

 

I stopped by last night, sounds like something in the outdrive, driveshaft, either u joint or gimble bearing. He's got the service manual, Jim's going to do some light reading and we'll pull the outdrive for confirmation of what failed.

Possible for sure. Impossible to see back of engine without some disassembly though.

Glad to hear real estate it's going better up north. All goes well we'll have 2 barn and 1 house warming GTGs.

 

I should have storage room cleared out by this weekend, then I can start to work on getting ground ready for seeding. So much crap to organize. LOL

 

I need to do tie rods on Keli's Focus this weekend also, not looking forward to doing that on the ground............(hint hint....chad.....LOL)

been playing catchup at work the last couple weeks. truck is finally supposed to be done tomorrow.. it's been a long two weeks without it. cool thing is it's getting some upgrades in the process.

Sorry, shop foreman is out getting a kidney stone surgically removed, which means no breathers for me. Just a quick fly by while scarfing a sandwich......

 

I don't think I would want to have kidney stones. they do not sound fun at all.

 

I was supposed to meet up with Andrew today after I made a quick stop at a customer's. Ended up being there almost 5 hours!
Tomorrow I'm in jail, so no cell signal for me.
