I did kind of miss my truck when on last week. Feeling much better now.

I know nothing about any dentists, I just buy beer and drink it. Need to stop on the way home and get some now that it's been brought up.

Pretty good day. Got back on a wakeboard after a 15 year sabbatical....kids and an ACL reconstruction. Ridiculously fun!

Nice pic Jim.

I drop my truck off every Sunday night and pick it up Friday night or Saturday morning. Been this way for 2 years now. It's almost like having visitation rights only. Winter is worse. It goes neglected for weeks sometimes.
I'm meeting with the 4th builder tonight for a final price. We put an offer in Monday for a manufactured home. Supposed to know yesterday...nothing. I did lowball a little. Same location as our lot so shared access. I'd rather build.

Good luck Torr! Remember I am off starting tomorrow night for a week so get ahold of me if you have a chance to grab a beer.

I think I would have slit my wrists by now Torr. Why so many builders, just getting best price or no one wants to build it for you?

it will have Bush Light aluminum siding

that could save you a few bucks and it should be low maintenance.

Dropped the truck off at Multistate on Tues at 4 and it was done at noon today. Unreal turnaround time.

Every builder wants to make a fortune off of us. How else can you justify a 984 Sq ft main level and finished basement with an attached oversized garage for $276k? This is with unfinished concrete floors in the basement too.
Our last builder did very well and was just a little too high. We're done. If the inspection goes ok, we're buying a 40 year old modular with no basement or garage for $112k. Or I'm getting a divorce. Haven't decided yet which way I want to go.
