I am supposed to have a full diagnosis sometime today. After waiting all day for a call yesterday, I finally called and left a message around 8PM. He called back around 9:30 and said he was able to pull the truck in the garage...then he decided to start fresh on it this morning. Shouldn't take more than an hour to pull the ICP, install the fitting and apply air, command the IPR closed then listen for the leak.
With talking to him last night and hearing exactly how the truck died, he's leaning toward the oil rail O-rings or the IPR and not the HPOP.
