I am needing some help with making an adapter bracket. The hydroboost I am using is from a 99 f450. The rod is 1 3/4" to long. I made a bracket today but the bolts that thread into the firewall would not fit back in they were to long to get them in the bracket that I made. I have read a lot of hydroboost posts but nothing shows how the best way to make a bracket is.

I had to have mine built because I lived in an apartment when I did mine. I dont know how kosher it is to post that sort of info here, but I got the guy's OK to send business to him. Send me a private message and I can give you his E-mail, if you want. He's been making them for quite a while and worked well with me, even though he'd never done a truck like mine before. I sent him measurements and...well, maybe I was a little off as I had to move two of the holes, but it worked great other than that.
