All jacked up!

What kind of jack do you have to jack up your truck?
I'm having a hard time finding one that will go low enough to get under the ibeams with a flat tire, and one that will go high enough to get a tire off the ground.

At this point I'm limited to a scissor jack.

I'm looking for a jack that I can carry in the truck so that I have a way to change a flat.

Haha. Yea that's nice too. Problem is, I don't have AAA, and I might not be anywhere near a road when I loose a tire. Unless AAA offers helicopter service, id be screwed.

Aluminum Floor jack and keep it behind seat . . .

Or the stock bottle jack

Or, Twin Turbo's to keep the front end up

I just got a stumpy 12T bottle jack and built a box for it out of 2x10 scraps. That way the jack has some place to live in the tool box that's not sliding all over the place and there's a handy block to make up height when doing the rears. Got the idea from a member here.

These came with little crank up bottle jacks. Mounts on the left inner fender. Not the quickest way to change a tire, but works if you don't want to carry something else.
