That would more than likely be another big hangup for sure, just finding them. I'll keep my eyes n ears open.

My neighbor just bought a 94 dually with a 460. He is looking for a set and said he found a place in Texas he could buy a new set for $950. A lot of money but what surprised me he said the back inner wheel were not steel.

So that's 6 new wheels for 950? That's not real bad.

Yup 07-08. 2004-07 had the same bodies w/ the 6.0, then they went to the "new" body style in 2008 and swapped the 6.0 for the 6.4 (thank goodness)

If that makes sense lol

2003-2007 "Updated New Body Style" - 6.0L
2008-2010 Taller Headlight Style - 6.4L

As you know I started it in the shop the other day to see how it sounded. Yesterday I went to start it, move it outside, and test drive it. No fire. No smoke. Figured it was probably my 140V idm. Pulled the wires and plugged them into my spare 120, fired right up. Funny, it worked fine the other day, never moved out of the shop, now quit working. Electronics..

Test drive went great. No noises, vibrations, etc. LOTS quieter in the cab. I took a few pictures of it from the rear so I guess when I said the last picture I put up was going to be the last one I lied. A few hours of little things to do this morning and I am moving it out of the shop for the winter.

That looks great Darin. I really like the stance a lot. That Riffraff diff cover peeking out from under there looks pretty good as well.

Are you going to have the body shop delete the trim strips when you get it painted or are you going to try and find a complete set for them to put on it?

Looks great Darin! Its good that its quieter in the cab.

It will look good pulling your trailer. When I'm hooked up to the 5er going down the road, I look in the mirrors and see how the dually fenders fill up the area under the trailer. This is what this pickup was made for!!

Looks really good Darin. That is the truck that Ford should have built. I could never figure out why they didn't offer the 4X4 dually excab. When she gets paint, which red are you going with?

Thanks again guys! I'm done for now and really happy with it. I agree Glenn, it should look real good pulling the trailer, and work quite well also.

Nate and Tom, I'd like to get some new trim/moulding to put on. I haven't looked for any yet, so I'm unsure of availability. I don't want to get into the cab at all if possible, so in other words I'm staying with the dark red. I' getting some new diamond plate bed rail and tailgate caps after it gets painted too. I had them on my old box and like them.

Anyone know if I can find any of that moulding? Or if the body shop deletes mine if I can't, am I going to have paint issues down there?
