It wasn't a lot of fun. If my back felt better it wouldn't have been quite as bad, and I'd be over there doing more today.

If I were to do it again, I wouldn't even think about trying to remove them. I'd just cut them. I know I'm glad they are out.

I had to work this morning, but I got the fuel hoses done this afternoon, put the tires on and set it down. I combined the junkyard dually hoses and mine and made 2 out of what I had. The junkyard ones needed some help. I took a couple pictures of it sitting on the floor. It's such a mess in there I can't get a real good picture. Dad got all the stripes and moulding removed off the box.

I need to finish up mounting the cab and box next. I can't wait to get it painted!

That is going to be one TOUGH looking truck Darin! Are you going with the same dark red color again or will you be doing something different?

Thanks Todd and Nate! I think it's going to look real good when done too. I'm just going to get the box painted to match. As much as I'd love to, I can't afford to paint the whole truck. The box is going to have to wait until sometime this summer to get painted the way it is.

Well it looks amazing! I really like the proportions of a ECLB, 4x4, dually. It really looks great.

It's gonna look sweet when you get it painted Darin! How do the 265s work on the duals? How thick of spacers did you end up using?

I think it will too Bill. They are 2 inch spacers, and I have just under 1 1/2 inches between the tires.

Sounds like the hard part is done! Glenn, im still trying to picture how you removed the bushing with a chain and a jack. If its not to big of trouble could you post a pic of how you had it set up? I keep reading your instructings and i cant figure it out haha. Im sure once i see it, it will make sense. Im not doing mine soon but just was curious.
