Blinkers flash fast when brakes applied

Blinkers flash fast when brakes applied
Third brake light stays on and flashes when turn signals activated. Apply blinkers and cruise control disengages. Checked fuses and found a 10 amper blown to the right rear brake light, replaced, no fix there. Any ideas? Maybe the BOO switch? All other lights work fine, no problems with multi-function switch. HELP! 2007 F-150 King Ranch. P.S. Replaced brake on-off switch with a known good one...No fix there.
