48 F2 radiator and gas tank question
I'm to the point where I need to get a radiator and a gas tank. I'm using a 351w with a C6. Not sure what size radiator to use that will fit in the original location and where to get one. The gas tank I've seen several choices I want it out of the cab and plan on putting it behind the rear end but unsure which one to get. Any input would be great Dennis

I'm no expert but I think a lot of the folks use a Mustang tank when relocating it.There are some issues with which sender to use I think, it has to be compatible with your gauge. As far as the rad. I dunno. I,m not changing anything on my truck so I haven't researched it. Might try the search bar for an old thread on that. Iv'e gotten a lot of info from there. I'm sure one of the more experienced guy will be along soon.

I bought an aluminum rad off of Ebay. Made by Champion. I have seen them for around $200-250. Direct bolt-in and they have different inlet/outlet locations depending on the engine you are using.
