yes,I sent the block to shop to be cleaned and have the cam and bearings installed. when I plastigauged the crank with new brgs. was within specs. I was going to find out if it would blow up, so i took it through the mud pit a couple times, which is tough on a good engine, first time i babyed it about 3500 4000 rpm the darn thing ran great. went through it again Hard. 6000 plus,3rd and 4th gear, no mercey on it . ran perfect 195 degrees no pressure on gauge still sounding like sewing machine no change at all.then drove it 5 miles back home. So this news year im gonna do it ONE MORE TIME pull motor and strip it bare and see what i can see i guess. OH by the way, id not buy anything else just because this is giving me fits, im 2% more determend to make this one rite. LOL will post pics this time.Ps the whole block was cleaned and checked when it was bored 040 over when i started this project.

It dont matter what the gauge says. its not oiling the top end or pushrods are too short . IDK. there is absoutly NO bottom end noise.Just going to try it again, all i can do. or just drive it, which i wont do again. i did pull valve cover off and there was some oil on top, but not normal.
