Unhappy First time broken after all these years.1997

Had oil in the fuel, Replaced all the injector o-rings. now it cranks but won't start.I didn't have this much trouble when the injectors glow plugs and harness were replaced about 1 year ago. Any ideas or suggestions before I give it a shot of starting fluid and have a fire sale. I can keep a fleet of trucks running but can't fix my own pick up. HELP...

Thanks Al

Are you sure the fuel bowl and fuel system is fully primed back up?

Make sure the HPOP reservoir is full, within 1/2 inch or so from top for starters.

If you have just replaced the injector orings, it will take a lot of cranking to get the air out of the high pressure oil gallies, so the injectors will operate correctly. Even after it starts, it can take 50 miles of hard driving to get all the air out.

Welcome to FTE! As everyone stated, make sure the HPOP reservoir is full, and fill the fuel filter housing up if it's low.
Either can cause some real bad things with glow plug motors. If you've done a lot of cranking, the voltage may have dropped to where it won't fire the injectors.

Also. how much oil was in the fuel? Too much and it will not start. May have to drain the fuel tank and fill with fresh fuel
