My father in law has a 1994 Ford F-Super Duty, some people call it an F450, with a 7.5L 460 gas engine in it. I am trying to source a part for him, we're trying to find the Y-Pipe for it. Walker doesn't make one and I have scoured google looking for one with no luck. The only place I have even found one is on ebay, and they're used, we don't want to go that route if at all possible. If anyone has any ideas where I might be able to find this pipe, I would greatly appreciate any leads.

Put the used one on, they are stainless and are not exactly a wear item

 

Thanks for the response, but we live in Boston, exhaust is very much a wear type item up here. The reason we need a new one is because it's rusted out.

 

I also checked the Maremont catalog, there is nothing listed for any F250/350/450 with a 7.5L engine. Your choices are limited to a used one, have an exhaust shop make one or buy something like the Banks power-pack that includes headers and pipes. The last option is quite pricey.

 

They are stainless. Like I said, not really a wear item. It took how may years to rot out? 19??? Hardly a "wear Item" Get a good used one and it will go another 19 years

 

Here's a thread I posted over 4 years ago. My truck has a 351, not a 460, but this may give you some ideas. I'd check into see if Bassani makes something for a 460. Its a great piece and fits perfectly. its on a plow truck that sees a lot of salt and its as solid as the day i bought it.
