Hi all,

I have a 2000 Excursion 7.3l turbo diesel. I recently installed a BDS 10 inch lift and 37 nitto grapplers. Since then I have been hearing a dead noise more like vibration that starts when accelerating at 45 to 50mph, the noise turns a louder noise when decelerating from over 50mph. Noises are increasing over time.

I changed the differential ring and pinion to 4:30 Yukon. Noises still there.

Any thoughts?


BTW, just tried the DP Tunner Programmer... works awesome!! Its like a new truck, very happy with the investment
