Parts / Junk Yards

Didn't want to post two topics at once, so another question:

Any good parts yards in the area (I'm up in Townsend, but anywhere in DE is fine). Looking more for of a pick 'n pull type place. I've driven by a few small ones, and have seen Mid Del Auto Parts north of Smyrna - just never been in. Looking for a source of parts for older Ford trucks (got a 79 and 85 F250).

In the same vein, are there any good scrap metal yards around? Places open to the public, mostly for me to buy metal (old rebar, chains, square stock, empty 55 gallon drums, sheet and expanded, etc.).

If such a place doesn't exist, any metal supply shops that sell to the general public?
